Dubai – Mubasher: Emaar announced the Dubai Mansions project at Emaar Hills, the city’s newest and most prestigious master-planned community, with a total value of AED 100 billion.

The new project includes 40,000 ultra-luxury residences, featuring a limited collection of ultra-luxury mansions ranging from 10,000 to 20,000 square feet, according to a press release.

In the six-month period that ended on 30 June 2025, Emaar Properties logged net profits before tax valued at AED 10.40 billion ($2.80 billion).
